Low Profile Quad Flat Package (LQFP)
STATS' Thin/Low Profile Quad Flat Package offerings include both LQFP and TQFP. LQFP is a member of the STATS' QFP family and conforms to the JEDEC standard. The LQFP is a leadframe based, plastic encapsulated package with gull wing shaped leads on four sides. With a 1.4mm body height, the LQFP bridges the gap between the MQFP and the thinner 1.0mm TQFP. The LQFP offers pin counts up to 208 and is suitable for designs with high I/Os while meeting low profile requirements. STATS offers LQFPs to suit mainstream cost sensitive applications.
