Leak testing system for engine casting
The leak testing system was developed to detect leakage in the engine shell casting. The system consists of a mechanical fixture to hold the casting in place and arrest the orifices. Air is applied into the casting and timed to measure for leakage. This is fully automated system except of loading and unloading of the component under test.
