Vektrex’s SpikeSafe high power Laser Diode & LED stress systems provide source drive current, thermal control and data management for high-volume Laser Diode & LED test applications. With up to 5A drive current per channel and 150V compliance, these systems are capable of driving thousands of LEDs in series circuits. Applications include long-term reliability testing, production burn-in, and thermal stress testing.
