LM40/60.2 MegaProbe

This tester is the ideal tester for production prototyping or small lot testing. The machine has 8 heads which allows two boards to be tested at the same time. With this machine up to 2400 testpoints per minute can be tested. The accuracy and the repeatability permit a test of boards with a pitch of 3mil and a pad size of 1.5mil.
