The cell thickness of the transmissive, transflective and reflective LC cells can be measured automatically as the two dimensional by one machine. The cell thickness of both transmissive part and reflective part within the same subpixel can be measured automatically for the transflective LC cell. The twist angle and anchoring energy can be also measured automatically for transmissive part. The measurement could be operated simply with built-in Touch Screen according to the interactive monitor instruction
