JSG Series Gantry
The Janome JSG Series is a new multipurpose gantry system designed as a flexible multi-axis overhead positioning system for high-precision manufacturing. The JSG Series utilizes a carefully designed aero-stage drive system to guarantee high stability and high repeatability for in-line applications, instead of the traditional format of several bolted-together single-axis systems. Closed-loop AC servo motors achieve a competitive standard cycle time for applications such as board-cutting, dispensing, soldering and screw-tightening.
