ILS In-Line Systems
The Inline Scorpion provides for single or double sided testing, plus a second fixture position (multi-level fixture), removing the in-circuit pins from contact with the board-under-test, for optional functional testing. Up to 1,020 unmultiplexed test pins are available, with any combination of pins on the top, bottom, or both sides of the board. Circuit boards or multiple board panels up to 13.75" by 19.75" can be tested, with a <4 second cycle time at zero test time.
