ICX digital test
The ICX digital test interface VXI card is an intelligent digital interface capable of supporting development and validation testing. The ICX has on-board field programmable gate arrays (FPGAs) to support bus emulation, protocol simulation, test algorithm generation and other data conversion functions. The ICX VXI card supports 1-3 daughtercard modules that can be selected based on specific test requirements.
