ICMmonitor
The ICMmonitor is an instrument to monitor permanently the partial discharge activity of various high voltage aparatus, such as rotating machines, cable systems, power transformers, or gas-insulated switch gear (GIS). The ICMmonitor is adapted to the various requirements of these different tasks by means of specialized coupling units, preamplifiers, and communication devices. Key parameters for the discharge activity and the on-going degradation, such as average discharge current (NQS) or peak charge level (Qp) are monitored and stored with trending diagrams. Modems and fiber optic links enable remote acces and analysis.
