I-SPEC (Imaging Spectrometer)
Block Engineering's Imaging Spectrometer, I-SPEC, is a high sensitivity, high resolution, Fourier transform spectrometer that is uniquely suited for relatively slow moving events, such as gas cloud dynamic measurements, leak detection, and imaging of steady-state rocket and turbine plumes. The optical head (See Photo) is small, transportable, and easy to set up with its TV viewfinder. It is priced at $175,000 in single unit quantities.
