Hybrid Circuit Test - Rapid Configuration of Custom Test Sequences
This project involved replacing the manual process of testing hybrid components with bench instruments, to an automated test system using TestStand, LabVIEW, and a VXI based Automated Test Equipment (ATE) system as shown in Figure 1. Micropac performed an internal cost study on many commercial off the shelf solutions and decided to use an architecture based on National Instruments TestStand and LabVIEW.
