H-60 HTS Lot II Offload/Rehost

Develop, integrate and deliver Operational Test Program Sets (OTPS). Each OTPS comprised of ATLAS source code, interface and self test hardware and associated documentation to allow testing of H60 Avionics on Navy's Consolidated Automated Support System (CASS) Automatic Test Equipment.
