GTP Test Tools
Codenomicon GTP Test Tools help proactively eliminate security flaws in GTP implementations. The test tool converts your test workstation into a GPRS Support Node for testing the robustness of GPRS Tunneling Protocol (GTP) implementations. The test tools test GTP implementations for development flaws using the unique Codenomicon fault injection technology. GTP is the central protocol in the 2.5G and 3G core networks. Most critical devices in the network, including GGSNs, SGSNs, RNCs and charging gateways, converse using GTP. Codenomicon GTP Test Tools contain more than 100000 test cases to verify the dependability of the aforementioned GPRS infrastructure components. The devices are tested through standard interfaces, including Gn and Gp. Codenomicon GTP Test Tools are available in different versions in order to test different revisions of the GTP protocol (Rel97, Rel99, Rel4, Rel5 and Rel6). All test tools test both the GTP-Control and GTP-User plane. Supported interfaces for testing are Gn, Gp, and Gn+.
