F/A-18 HTS OTPS Offload

Develop, integrate and deliver 11 Operational Test Program Sets (OTPS). Each OTPS comprised of ATLAS source code, interface and self test hardware and associated documentation to allow testing 91 F/A 18 Avionics Units on Navy's Consolidated Automated Support System (CASS) Automatic Test Equipment.
