FPI 100 Scanning Fabry-Perot Interferometer and Detector Unit
The FPI 100 is a high resolution, confocal Fabry-Perot Interferometer which combines the scanning interferometer and the detector unit in a single compact and rugged design. Scanning Fabry-Perot Interferometers are well established tools for measuring the spectral characteristics of continuous wave (cw) lasers. When high resolution is required together with a simple and fast operation, the confocal interferometer design is the most appropriate solution.
