FPAT 2000 test system
The FPAT 2000 test system is a set of independent test stations that enables wide range accurate testing of IR focal plane arrays. In general the FPAT 2000 is a turkney system that generates IR radiation of precisely controlled spatial and temporal distribution to the input plane of the FPA and carries out semi-automatic analysis of the output signal necessary to perform characterization of the tested FPA (or a prototype thermal imager built using modern FPA) both at normal and extreme temperatures.
