Toronto, ON - GAO Tek Inc. has released a series of small form factor pluggable optical transceivers (XFP), which are fully compatible with Extreme’s original products. XFP modules support 10 Gigabit Ethernet IEEE standard interfaces as 10GBASE-LR, 10GBASE-ER and10GBASE-SR.
