EX-30 Series - Threaded Miniature Photoelectric Sensor
Fiber sensor is compact at the detection part and has a merit to be able install even in the little space so that it has been used for the machine where there is not enough space to install the sensor in precision instruments such as a semiconductor producing device and an automatic assembly machine. On the one hand, the general-purpose sensor has not been used much for the machine having less space.
