EVD50
digital amplifier module for piezoelectric actuators. The EVD50 is a full digital amplifier which is designed for low voltage piezoelectric actuators. The amplifier will be manufactured in the 19" rack mount technology. The size is 10TE. Permanent output current is 50mA. Also actuators with high electrical capacitance can be driven very fast and with a short rise time. The closed loop version of the EVD50 can be used in combination with strain gauge, LVDT or capacitive feed back sensors without additional modification.
