This hardware, coupled with the skills and tools of the engineering team at the Test Solutions Center, can provide the solution your company needs at the lowest cost possible.The Agilent 93000 SOC P600 model is a single scalable SOC platform that meets the needs of SOC production testing with data rates up to 1.25 Gbps, clock rates up to 625 MHz, overall timing accuracy (OTA) of ±200ps with 256 digital pins (expandable to 512). For Scan Testing there are 64 channels providing 336M Vectors of deep memory per pin.
