DVD, HD DVD - HF Signal Analyzer
These analyzers are tools for measurements of jitter and amplitude of all kind of DVD. Input signal is only RF signal. They automatically accommodate with scanning velocity from 1 to 8R, so that they can measure on CAV mode. SICFE8XR can measure the inter symbol interference jitter on DVD+/-R/RW discs. SICFA8XA can measure the jitter of CAPA part and DATA part of DVD-RAM disc respectively without mask signals.
