The Holland Dark Meter is a hand-held meter/receiver and companion transmitter that makes the sweeping of RF distribution systems before TV signals are present possible. This pre-signal testing verifies if connections are correct, if all passives and cables are passing signals to specification, and if not, where an open or short circuit exists.
