The measurable Capacitance is from 100pF to10μF, Tanδ from 0 to 100%, and the applicable Test Voltage from AC100V to AC12kV. Using the CT&Cs Box with a High Voltage Current Transformer and a Standard Capacitor installed inside, this test set is available to measure precisely both grounding and nongrounding specimens
