Test-X Fixture Products will work with you to design a test fixture to meet your test requirements, using one of our standard kits or Manufacturing one to fit your needs. We build test solutions for an ever changing world. Requirement: Build a test fixture to test a Flex-Circuit, Mounted to a HP 3070 test kit. Product to adjust to test points. Solution: Using the HP 3070 kit as a base we mount our small cam drive lid assembly to it. Add a micrometer adjustable product locator plate to allow product to be aligned to the test probes. Test probes are mounted in the top lid plate and will compress down to the product test pads. Test points are wired down to the HP transfer pins.
