Current transformers
The current transformers are manufactured of high quality materials and are available in two varieties, Plastic Casing and Resin Encapsulated. The plastic casing is self-extinguishing and offers excellent resistance to mechanical and thermal stress. The resin encapsulated is mainly used in low voltage indoor installations and for watt-hour meters. The use of resin as an external isolator makes it very compact and robust and a much higher quality than any other type of conventional isolation. Wide ranges are available 5 to 6000A. Both measuring and protection class split core, narrow profile, wound primary, and bus bar.
