Calibration Magnetometers
For simple applications, customers may be interested in the GSM-8 (Proton Precession) and GSM-9 (Overhauser) systems. These are basic instruments (i.e. without any memory) for calibration of fluxgate magnetometers or for simple magnetic reconnaissance programs. For more advanced applications, GEM recommends that customers consider the GSM-19T Proton Precession or GSM-19 Overhauser systems as modern and cost-effective evolutions of the GSM-8 and GSM-9.
