CableTroll 2700 - Fault Indicator System for 6-36KV Cable Networks
The Cabletroll 2700 is a complete system for indication of earth-fault and short circuit faults in an underground 6-36 kV cable network. The system consist of three different modules: An Earth Fault Element with a split core for sensing the imbalance during earth faults. 2 (or 3) Short-Circuit sensors for detecting short-circuits. Processing unit including the power supply and the indication unit with flashing LED's for local indication and relay contacts for remote signalling, controlled by a microcontroller.
