CX77315
CX77315, a quad-band PA module designed for cellular handsets comprising GSM850/900,DCS1800, and PCS1900, also supports Class 12 GPRS multi-slot operation. It consists of separate GSM and DCS/PCS PA blocks, impedance-matching circuitry for 50 ohm input/output, and a PAC block with an internal current-sense resistor. The GaAs die, the Si die, and the passive components are mounted on a multi-layer laminate substrate with plastic overmold. Extremely low leakage current maximizes handset standby time.
