CX77301
CX77301 is a dual-band PA Module for EGSM900 and DCS1800 operation that also supports two-slot transmission for GPRS Class 10 operation. The PA Module consists of two separate HBT PA blocks for each band, manufactured on a single GaAs die, and a CMOS IC. The PA Module is optimized for lithium-ion battery operation. Both PA blocks share common power supply pins to distribute current, and the CMOS IC serves as a current buffer and limiter for the PA. The module contains internal components for input and output matching to 50 ohms.
