CX77107
CX77107, a fully matched surface mount PAM for PCS and WLL applications, packs full coverage of the 1850-1910 MHz bandwidth meeting stringent spectral linearity requirements of CDMA/PCS with high PAE up to 28 dBm power output. The single GaAs MMIC contains all active circuitry, on-board bias circuitry, input and interstage matching circuits. Output match, realized off-chip within the module package, optimizes efficiency and power performance into a 50 ohm load. Skyworks GaAs HBT process provides for all positive voltage DC supply operation while maintaining high efficiency and good linearity. See the data sheet below for detailed information.
