CX77106
CX77106 PAM is a fully matched surface mount module for CDMA Korean PCS and China SCDMA applications for full coverage of the 1720-1780 MHz bandwidth. The single GaAs MMIC contains all active circuitry, on-board bias circuitry, input and interstage matching circuits. Output match to a 50 ohm load within the module optimizes efficiency and power performance. Skyworks GaAs HBT process provides for all positive voltage DC supply operation. Typical off leakage is a few microamperes with full primary voltage supplied from the battery. See Product Summary for more details.
