CX77105
CX77105, a dual-mode PAM for CDMA/AMPS and WLL applications, packs full coverage of the 824-849 MHz bandwidth. It meets stringent IS95 CDMA linearity requirements to and exceeding 28 dBm output power and can be driven beyond 31 dBm for high efficiency FM mode operation. The single GaAs MMIC contains all active circuitry, on-board bias circuitry, and input and interstage matching circuits. Output match, realized off-chip within the module package, optimizes efficiency and power performance into a 50 ohm load. Refer to the data sheet below for detailed information.
