CX74002
The CX74002 is a single-supply integrated circuit designed for use in multi-band CDMA/AMPS/PCS cellular voice/data applications including extensions for CDMA-Japan and PCS-Korea. The device is a highly integrated, superheterodyne transmitter that incorporates an I/Q modulator, VCO and VHF synthesizer, UHF synthesizer, VGA, and an image-reject upconverter and power amplifier.
