CX74001

The CX74001 is a tri-mode, dual-band receiver intended for use in CDMA portable phones in both cellular and PCS bands, as well as AMPS mode. The device is a highly integrated superheterodyne receiver. It incorporates all the components required to implement the receive chain, from the LNA to the I/Q demodulator stages, except for the external SAW filters and matching components.
