CX65100
The CX65100 3.4 V, linear PA is optimized for superior performance over the 700 to 1000 MHz frequency range, making it suitable for a variety of applications including cellular, GSM, CDMA, mobile and paging base stations, and WLL transmitters. Its unique design offers high linearity without sacrificing efficiency. Typical performance features include a P1dB (CW) of 30 dBm, gain of 30 dB, an output IP3 of 39 dBm and power-added efficiency of 45 percent. The 8-pin LCC package, internal bias, and 50 Ohm input and output matching make this an extremely cost effective PA.
