The CVXI-1149.1/616 combines a CVXI-1149.1 type JTAG / boundary-scan controller with a 616 channel digital I/O parallel tester. These 616 I/O channels can be used to add control and visibility to connectors, traces, and logic that is otherwise untestable using traditional boundary-scan techniques. The digital channels are accessible through a single boundary-scan chain and can be individually programmed for input or output mode
