CR Internal Damped Capacitive Impulse Voltage Divider
The internal damped capacitive impulse voltage dividers of the CR type can be used to measure full and tail chopped lightning impulses as well as switching impulses up to the highest voltage levels.This voltage divider serves simultaneously as a load capacitor for the impulse generator. Provided with an adequate additional secondary part it can also be used for AC voltage measurements.
