COMBAT
COMBAT is a tool to validate a given Boundary Scan design against IEEE1149.1 standards. It performs SYNTAX / Semantic checks and generates Boundary Scan Test Vectors as per the specifications laid in IEEE1149.1 standards. The test vectors generated using COMBAT can be simulated using the industry standard simulators and also loaded on the testers directly to test the boundary scan design. COMBAT dumps vectors in VERILOG/VHDL formats and VCL/STIL/TDL/AGILENT tester formats. COMBAT vectors are proven on Agilent and TI Testers.
