CMM
Capacitance Measurement Module - Analog capacitance meter, with fixed frequency and excitation level, connected to test system analog bus via an interface CMM board that provides (1) connection of four analog meter inputs to backplane nodes, (2) additional noise filtering, (3) analog to digital converter (ADC). Meter uses a 3-terminal method of measuring capacitance between high and low input terminals.
