Automatic Armature Tester
This armature tester incorporates surge comparison testing facility up to %KV plus high pulse current bar-to-bar armature testing. Due to impedance of series-wound armature it becomes difficult to surge test coil-to-coil. To produce the necessary bar-to-bar voltage differences, ordinary surge tester use excessive voltage which may harm your windings. By means of our high current, bar-to-bar tester, the operator can safely test these coils by applying specific voltage on adjacent commutator bars & can diagnose the ground shorted bar very quickly.
