The AutoTrace is a compact bench-top version of the MultiTrace automated curve tracer. It is designed to be a low-cost general-purpose electrical test system for the majority of today's semiconductor devices. Just like the MultiTrace, the AutoTrace is a fully programmable curve tracer with an integrated switch matrix.
