Atlas SCR - Thyristor and Triac Analyzer

Thyristors and Triacs need special test conditions to analyse efficiently - that's where the new Atlas SCR comes in. The SCR100 can apply gate test currents from 100µA up to 90mA (with test load currents of up to 100mA) so it's not limited to sensitive parts.
