ATEscope 102
is two test instruments in one. It is a VXI-formatted, high-speed ATE digitizer. It is also a full-function digital oscilloscope combined with a waveform analyzer. The ATE digitizer operates at sampling rates of up to 2 gigasamples per second under host software control. It may also be used with Analogic’s optional Platinum embedded controller, as a standalone system that operates in both modes, independent of system hardware.
