The AS-550 HFS performs a variety of precision repair functions on both amorphous and low-temperature poly-silicon (LTPS) circuits. These include cutting or removing conductive particle; performing gate or data line cuts; managing inter-layer metal welds; and performing under-etch removal. After repair, arrays re-enter the manufacturing line for assembly into functioning panels resulting in higher production yields.
