8665A - Surface Thermistor Probe
For fast temperature measurements on flat surfaces such as grills or ovens. Designed with a 3-3/4", 304 stainless steel sheath terminating into a 1/4" flat beveled tip for easy tip placement onto the surface being monitored. The flexible thermoplastic rubber cord extends from 1-1/2 feet to 3 feet.
