844 - 2-Point Resistance Probe
The Model 844 is a 2-point resistance probe that meets ESD DS11.13 for testing the resistance of small, samples or small areas on a larger sample. The Model 844 utilizes gold plated, spring-loaded pins with conductive rubber electrodes at the point of contact.
