82814 - Penetration Thermistor Probe

Constructed with a pointed 316 stainless steel tip for insertion into semi-soft materials such as meats and cheeses. The extra heavy duty cord expands and retracts from 1-1/2 to 5 feet, thousands of times without breaking. The 3-3/4" sheath is constructed with 304 stainless steel with a 316 SS tip.
