596 - Service Distortion Meter

The Model 596 is used to measure the total harmonic distortion present in either voltage or current circuits. This instrument can be used for tracking down the source of harmful harmonics and for customer complaint troubleshooting. It is simple to use and gives a readout of distortion directly in percentage. It can also give a peak harmonic distortion figure.
