3563 - 16/32-channel Thermocouple Signal Conditioner

The Model 3563 is a single-width CAMAC module providing 16 or 32 channels of general-purpose analog signal monitoring with open circuit detection capability as well as 16 or 32 channels of input multiplexing. It is used with the Model 3518 16-bit Scanning A/D Converter Host module.
