2495 - Heavy Duty Production Load Tester
Tests 12 and 24 volt foereign and domestic automotive and diesel type starters. Voltmeter 0-36 scale shows voltage of starter. Torque meter 0-50 scale shows torque load. Tests starters with either clockwise or counter-clockwise rotation.
